We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase every time and if you aren’t we are here to help.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days to come in store for an exchange or credit note. We do not offer refunds.

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on Sale items. Sale items sold are FINAL.

To be eligible for an exchange in store and on line, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At Billy Lidz we try out hardest to get your items to you as swiftly as possible. However please allow 3-4 business days during peak/sale times.
